1- clean rooms & Hotel 2- Good continental breakfast
1- The case that the hotel was closed and reservation was cancelled was not true , as we called and were acomodated at the hotel for our booked night. 2- Our booking for was for 30 euros for a sweet of bedroom & a computer desk , but we have been told that wee need to pay extra 20 euros to get that. 3- There was no internet wifi at all in the hotel. 4- No Television in the room 5- The 30 euros was including the 10% Tax , but we have been asked to be extra 10% tax on the top of the 30 euros. Hence , i do not recomend this ryad to any friend. 5-

The two fellas the run the Riad are just lovely and always helpful! They seemed genuinely interrested in helping us make the best of our holiday. The dinner and breakfast were lovely, the roof terrace beautiful, and the Riad was wonderfully peaceful amongst the madness!

Amazing design, very good service in the entire hotel. Breakfast with pastries and lovely warm breads, as for instance. Location right by the sea, the market, and the most out of Marrakech.
Wi-Fi connection was weak.

Just about everything. Great service. Not sure what to expect from a Riad as it was our first time in Marrakeh. Our expectations were exceeded however. Strongly recommend the dinner there. Also airport transfers much appreciated. You would be crazy not to take up this option. Thanks Piero and Marco.

Of the three Riads we stayed in in Morocco (two in Marrakech), this was our favourite. Despite it's unassuming outside appearance, inside was stylishly decorated in a European/Moroccan fusion, with huge rooms and courtyard. The proprietors were genuinely interested in making sure you had the best stay possible - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were amazing, with a wide spread available and something different every day. We didn't have dinner at the riad, but the smell from the dinner provided to other guests was delicious. Beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the other staff were clearly well treated, as they were just as interested in making sure guests had a great time. I'd have no hesitation recommending Riad Jomana to anyone.
The location was slightly difficult to find, though this is the case with anywhere inside the Medina, so it's not really a negative. We used a handheld gps and go there with no issues.

The staff were really nice and helpful. They were lovely to talk to and our room was cleaned and tidied each day. The location was close the square and was easy to get to and from when going out. Our room was satisfactory for the price. All in all a really nice little Riad, especially the roof terrace.
Our bathroom facilities were separate from the room which became annoying. Also when we were leaving the price was incorrect on the invoice, I suggest you keep a record if you book online and present it to make sure the leaving price is the same and you agree on the exchange rate as you may book in one currency and your bill is provided in another so check this thoroughly as I found this really irritating to have to sort when I had booked online and all was negotiated prior.
